Eclipse Coffee Limited Edition Los Pirineos El Salvador is a bright, juicy, and complex cup that's part of a limited release (AKA, it's extra extra special, and I'd get this coffee now before it's gone!) El Salvador beans are known for notes of nuts, chocolate, caramel, and fruit with a honey-like sweetness, balanced by a good body and mild acidity. With a nice body (compliments of the Red Honey process), floral notes, and a citrus-like acidity, Los Pirineos El Salvador is your next "treat-yourself" coffee.
