The Eureka Mignon XL is part of the Eureka ORO line: : a new generation of coffee grinders which is equipped with the latest technology and expression of the “State of the Art” in coffee grinding for any type of coffee preparation.

The modern baristas, both professional and home, are constantly looking for fast coffee grinders which are able to ensure the best taste for any type of coffee preparation. EUREKA ORO, thanks to specific technical solutions, combines high productivity with  low coffee retention, without renouncing to the best grinding quality provided by the Stepless Micrometric Regulation System (Eureka Patent).

  • Silent Technology: The Eureka exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces the noise to a unique grinding silence (about 60 dB); so silent that you won't trust your “ears”!
  • ELR System: ELR for Extremely Low Retention achieves very low retention in the grinding chamber and a unique dose consistency (approximately ± 0,2 g).
  • Unprecedented performances: The upgraded motor combined with "Diamond inside" 65mm burrs for professional performances at home (3 g/s).  Diamond Inside is Eureka's patented process of treating burrs at a temperature of -193 degrees C (patent pending). This results in the formation of an increased crystal structure that guarantees a superior wear resistance and life, making burr-replacement necessary only after around 1000 kg - 1300 kg ground - that's 72222 cups of coffee (based on an 18-gram dose). Mignon XL review

This grinder has exceeded my expectations. So far it has performed flawlessly. The grinds are very light and fluffy with very few if any clumps and the speed of the grinding is also quite impressive. I don't usually single dose but I have tried it a few times and it has also performed quite well at this. Although I have only used it for a few weeks, so far I do not have any significant cons to report. Also, my family is very appreciative of the low noise level. I must also mention the prompt, efficient, and friendly service received from coffee addicts is much appreciated.

Best grinder ever!

I literally cannot begin to describe to you the amount of research we did on grinders. It was endless. A deep dark black hole of videos, reviews, and forums. We really didn’t know if we’d ever find the right one. Well, I can truthfully and happily tell you that the Mignon XL is THEE ONE! It is amazing! Great grind quality! It’s consistent! It’s an amazing single dozer! We’ve single dosed with it from day one and it consistently retains about 0.2 grams. It’s incredible! For a home setup: this is your grinder!

Best home espresso grinder. Ever.

I love the Eureka Mignon Specialita I purchased previously through Coffee Addicts. With my little studio coffee bar that sees about 5-10 double shots brewed per day we made the decision to replace a massive, loud, very high output Elektra Nino titan grinder retailing for about 5x as much as the Specialita and have been extremely happy. The XL improves upon the Specialita managing to be noticeably quieter and with a more pleasing auditory note while grinding and also grinds about 35% faster for the same output with similar fineness using the same beans. The burrs may not be fully broken in yet. We're seeing a grind time of a little over 5s for 15-15.4g that gives us roughly 30g of espresso yield in 30s on an E61 group machine.

It's a bit of money to spend for a home grinder and I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you Coffee Addicts for getting this grinder in and thank you, Marc, for informing me when you had one in the chrome finish to match our other Eureka. =D
