The is the new design factory cut, Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) bottomless portafilter. These will fit any model of Rancilio (yes, the Silvia too), and any size Rancilio basket or other baskets that accept tamper bases of 58 mm. Does not include a basket.
Fits my Rancilio Silvia v3 well, sturdy build and has been a joy to use vs. the traditional double spout portafilter - recommend to those looking to dial in their espresso process.
Bought this as an upgrade for my Rancilio Silvia. Well worth it and has greatly improved my espresso shots. Fits perfectly and you will have no issues if you buy it. Highly recommended.

Very well-made, excellent weight, and of course it fits well in my Silvia with my 19-21g Rancilio filter basket. The original 18g basket that came with the Silvia fits well also. I bought it because I wanted a bottomless portafilter to be able to check for channeling, over/under extraction etc., for which it works fine. Two other benefits I didn't realize I would get are: 1, because it doesn't have spouts, you can fit a taller cup underneath or in my case a scale and a cup, and 2, because it sits flat on the tamping pad (again because of no spouts) it's much easier to tamp flat and even. You don't have to use one hand to estimate the angle of the portafilter itself.
