The milk pitcher is a crucial, yet seemingly under appreciated barista tool. While milk drink standards have changed drastically from Second Wave aerated drinks consumed throughout the 90s to the smooth microfoam and artfully designed Third Wave drinks we are familiar with today–the milk pitcher itself has seen almost no evolution. Seeing this gap in function and design, there was an opportunity to make an improvement by creating the CREAM line of milk pitchers. Enhancing the practical needs of the barista who requires ultimate pitcher control from steaming to pouring, CREAM is updating a product that for centuries has been sitting ubiquitously behind the counter. By improving functionality and introducing modern design, CREAM pitchers are ideal for professional baristas, coffee and design enthusiasts.
