The Bellezza Inizio Leva R offers all the luxury features without the luxury price.  The heat exchanger boiler allows the user to pull espresso shots and steam milk at the same time. The Inizio Leva R is a powerful machine with features including a silent rotary pump that can be plumbed in, PID control, 2.0L stainless steel insulated boiler, programmable pre-infusion, two pressure gauges, cool touch steam and hot water wands, joystick (or lever) style valve control as well as a 18/10 stainless steel body and a powerful element for quick warm up time.  The Inizio Leva R was designed in Germany with commercial grade components and a modern, contemporary design.

Features:

• E61 Group Head: The E61 brew head design has been around for 50 years and is used in the majority of the high end home espresso machines.  It is known its reliability and temperature stability due to heavy brass head combined with a thermosyphon system keeping the group head hot.  
• 2.0L Boiler: The Valentina features an insulated stainless steel boiler with a heat exchanger (HX) allowing for espresso and milk steaming simultaneously.
• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller allows the user to precisely adjust the brew or steam temperature and improve temperature stability.  It also doubles as a shot timer while brewing.
• Rotary Pump: The commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machine's internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply.
• Programmable pre-infusion: When activated, the coffee puck is gently soaked with low-pressure water for up to 10 seconds before ramping up to normal brewing pressure; preventing channeling and improve extractions. 
• Joystick Cool Touch Wands: Cool touch wands to avoid any burn,  the formation and allow an overall more satisfying user experience. The joystick, also called lever or push valve, locks in position for immediate full steam power.
• Beautiful Finish:  The body, water tray and feet are made of 18/10 stainless steel for a long lasting and easy to clean finish.
