Lever Espresso Machines

Also called manually operated or piston espresso machines, lever espresso machines use a piston and lever instead of a pump to achieve the required pressure to brew espresso. 

While lever espresso machines have learning curve, it can produce the best espresso once mastered since the user is able to vary the speed at which the water passes through the coffee throughout the entire brewing process.
