Regular ‘I just changed my mind’ returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 365 days return policy for unused products* that are in the same condition that you received them. We will probably ask a few questions on why you want to return the item but if the product is unused, we will happily give you a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping. Please do not ship us anything until we have authorized a return. Surprise returns are hard to keep track of!
We can also provide you with a prepaid shipping label if you’d like and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the package until we receive it; make sure it’s packed safely!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed with 1-2 days.
*Water filters, electrical Items, pumps, solenoids and special order Items are NOT eligible for returns and are always final sales.

Help me ‘I HATE the thing I bought’ returns
If you have used the item you bought but you hate it so much, you want to throw it out the window, let’s start a conversation! We have an open door, near condition-less return soft spot. We want you to be happy with your purchase, whether is it something small like a basket or big like an espresso machine! Please let us help you.
- less than 60 days has passed since you received the item.
- a 5-20% restocking fee will apply if items are missing any packaging, accessories or manuals.
- a 10% cleaning fees will be charged if items are returned dirty. Please make sure to clean your return.
- ask us nicely. Pretty pleases and cherries on top go A LONG way with our return department.

“I mixed up and ordered the wrong thing’ returns and exchanges
We all make mistakes sometimes! If you ordered the wrong part or wrong size, we are happy to help make it right. We will ship the correct item to you once we received the wrong one. However, you are responsible to pay for shipping the original item back to us. We cannot accept dirty or used parts so please verify that you have the correct size/part before using it.
To avoid running into this issue, do not hesitate to ask us before you place your order if you are ever unsure! We have hands on experience with a lot of this stuff and are happy to answer questions you have to help order the right part, the first time!
“I purchased a Clearance items” return
Unfortunately clearance items cannot always be refunded. Please email us if you purchased a clearance item and want to return it. These circumstances are examined on a case by case basis.

We are only human, sometimes mix ups happen! If we sent you the wrong thing, let us know as soon as you can so we can make it right! You are not responsible for shipping costs for our mistakes, let us fix it!

Defects and malfunctions
A lot of our products are covered under individual manufacturer’s warranties. If you have issues with any products, please contact us and we will advise you on the next step for that specific product. You’ll never be responsible for paying return shipping if you receive a defective product and we’ll always do everything we can to make it right as soon as we can!
