Returns & Refunds
I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, I’ve changed my mind, and I just don’t like the product returns (and I haven’t used it)
If you aren’t happy, no worries! We can return your product.
- Timeframe: Returns on most products* accepted within 365 days of the order date
- Product condition: The product must be in like-new condition, with all packaging, documentation, and applicable accessories, addons, and doo-dads included.
- I ordered the wrong thing: No worries! We’ll ship you the right one, as soon as we’ve gotten the wrong one back.
- Process: Just reach out to us! Surprise returns are hard to track. Shipping is at the responsibility of the customer, however we can create a pre-paid label for you and deduct it from the return cost if you prefer.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed within 1-2 days. Shipping fees are not refunded.
*Water filters, electrical items, pumps, solenoids, special order items, and parts that are dirty, have been used, or installed (even partially) are NOT eligible for returns and are always final sales.
**Clearance items cannot always be returned! Please email us if you purchased a clearance item and want to return it. These circumstances are examined on a case by case basis.
I Don’t Like the Product (But I’ve used it)
If you have used the item you bought but you hate it so much that you want to throw it out the window: please don’t. Let’s start a conversation! We have an open door, near condition-less return soft spot. We want you to be happy with your purchase, whether it is something small like a basket or big like an espresso machine! Please let us help you get to the right solution.
Conditions on used product returns are:
- Please ask us nicely. Pretty pleases and cherries on top go A LONG way with our return department. We know you’re not happy with the product, and we promise we’re here to help resolve the issue!
- Timeframe: Less than 60 days has passed since you received the item.
- Missing parts, pieces, wear and tear: a 5-20% restocking fee will apply if items are missing any packaging, accessories, manuals, or the piece is returned dinged up scratched or scraped.
- Un-cleaniness: a 10% cleaning fee will be charged if items are returned dirty. Please make sure to clean your return!
- Process: Just reach out to us! Surprise returns are hard to track. Shipping is at the responsibility of the customer, however we can create a pre-paid label for you and deduct it from the return cost. Any initial shipping that was paid is non refundable.
- PLEASE ask us nicely. A lot of people don’t, and we are legitimately doing our best to help you. We are people too 🥲

Defects, malfunctions, and warranty concerns
A lot of our products are covered under individual manufacturer’s warranties. If you have issues with any products, please contact us and we will advise you on the next step for that specific product. You’ll never be responsible for paying return shipping if you receive a defective product and we’ll do everything we can to make it right ASAP!
