We get asked pretty often: "Does Coffee Addicts price match?"
Short answer: no.
Long answer: still no, but here's why. We are constantly striving to provide the best service in the industry! This is our #1 focus. If we start trying to price match or slash prices because some sale focused competitor has yet another sale??? Then our service will surely be comprised, and we just don't feel good about that.
Our pricing is always respectful of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing according to our various distribution agreements and we feel confident that our pricing is fair.
But there is difference when you buy from Coffee Addicts.
We believe in full service. Before, during and after care. We will take care of you better than any other online retailer out there! What does that mean? We are here to support your purchase, at all stages. We will chat with you for hours, weeks, 76 emails or 32 phone calls over advice or recommendations. We bring in special order parts upon request. We will pack your order with care and we typically get orders out the door within a business day. We will help find your package if it gets lost in transit. We will fix our mistakes as fast as humanly possible. We will fix your mistakes just as quickly! Free and flexible returns. Warranty stuff? We'll pay for shipping. Out of warranty; we will probably still help you anyways. If you buy from us, we will take care of you.

When we do offer limited time sale pricing, it is limited only to the sale window and no rain checks. We will not offer price adjustments or credit for any purchases made outside of the sale window.
