If you're worried about roast dates, we've got you covered! We're keeping track of the coffee moving in-and-out of our store, and are working hard to ensure you get the highest quality cup every time! While we recommend coffee to be consumed within 7-28 days of the roast date, we will note that coffee past the roast date is still acceptable! It is enjoyed widely within 3 months of the roast date as the oxidation is a slow, gradual process. To ensure you get the best of the best, any coffees past the 5 week roast date will be clearly indicated and sold at an automatic discount to you!
