Incredible experience, from start to finish! They helped me with the overwhelming decisions (to me) involved in buying a setup from scratch, and made it approachable. I was stuck in analysis paralysis, circling espresso forums, talking to friends, watching videos, and really, all of my questions were answered with a step through the door. The folks at Coffee Addicts are the GOAT! I brought them two machines for service, and I can't give high enough praise for their work (huge shout out to Chase for handling both). They managed to completely rebuild an E61 that I thought was toast and both setups literally run better than new because they are calibrated and dialed-in perfectly.
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in the market for new equipment or need a repair, this is my top pick by a mile!

Went in for an Espresso making class, and was guided by Bryce. He was super knowledgeable and personable. They took the time to explain what to look out for when trying to make the ideal espresso shot.
