Incredible experience, from start to finish! They helped me with the overwhelming decisions (to me) involved in buying a setup from scratch, and made it approachable. I was stuck in analysis paralysis, circling espresso forums, talking to friends, watching videos, and really, all of my questions were answered with a step through the door. The team gave us fully personalized attention and made sure we were comfortable before heading home with our machine & grinder. I am so happy to have come here, and will recommend it to everyone I know.
