This is the new version of the Baratza hopper gasket.  It is a direct replacement for the original hopper gasket.  This version sits inside the burr holder instead of outside and will last longer than the original version.

Fits the Preciso, Virtuoso, Virtuoso+, Encore, Encore ESP, Maestro Plus, and Maestro.

Excellent upgrade to older gasket

This gasket is far superior to the older style gasket and fits perfectly into the Baratza Encore. It sits snugly inside the burr holder and eliminates the collection of bean pieces under the hopper.

Best Baratza Gasket up to Date

This new gasket works much better preventing residuals than the older one, and I was not able to find it in the Baratza page (as always). Definitely recommended!
