This DeLonghi 51mm silicone head gasket is made with premium quality food grade silicone.  Unlike regular gaskets that are made from rubber these do not have any smell or taste whatsoever, and are easy to change since they will not bake rock hard like rubber does.

Works Great

I got two of these after experiencing multiple blow outs from my Dedica. Replacing with the silicone gaskets made my machine like new again.
