I had to replace the portafilter for our Gaggia Classic Espresso machine This was delivered promptly from Coffee Addicts Inc located right here in Calgary Alberta. fortunately on the packing slip was their address and phone contact number. As the Gaggia , being 7yrs old was needing temperature sensors seen to as brewing and milk frothing operations were taking longer than when new ; also froth wand valve was not shutting completely allowing some water to pass the valve in coffee brewing and standby cycles . I relaid the above to Chase "The Coffee Tech" and brought the Gaggia in Monday morning for Chase to work on. Thursday morning 3 days later , Chase phoned for the machine's retrieval with repairs completed. I am one very happy person to have my 'baby' back in pristine working ability.

The plastic handle on my portafilter broke so I bought just the handle but the screw was stuck broken... I had to buy the whole handle portafilter. I comes with the Gaggia Perfetta (Perfect) Crema 2 cup pressurized basket that I did like. I use the regular basket. Fast shipping. Good service.
