Our only accepted substitution for this product is to exchange the size of the Bilt OSCAR Water Softener to best fit the water reservoir. Substitutions can be requested by emailing us at info@coffeeaddicts.ca. All other products cannot be substituted. Bundles may be adjusted based on product availability.
