While we do accept walk-in service requests, they are handled on a first come, first served basis and may involve a waiting period during busy times. For the smoothest experience, we recommend booking a service appointment in advance.

What is the basic service?
Designed for home espresso machines within the first 9–12 months of ownership, this one-time service helps keep your machine clean, reliable, and performing at its best through routine care and preventative maintenance before transitioning to advanced maintenance every 2–3 years.

What is the advanced service?
Recommended for home espresso machines that are 2–3 years old, or for machines that have gone 2–3 years since their last major service, this comprehensive maintenance package helps restore brewing performance, maintain temperature stability, and support the long-term reliability of your machine through deeper cleaning and component servicing.

- Everything included in the Basic Maintenance package
- Disassembly and deep clean/descale of complete group head
- Disassembly and deep clean/descale of 3 way valve system (if applicable)
- Disassembly and deep clean of steam wand
- Water tap and steam wand gasket replacement
- Inspect and clean level probes
- Inspect and clean temperature probes
- Anti-vacuum valve replacement (if applicable)
- Brew and steam pressure testing and adjustment
- Full system inspection

Group valves, O-rings, bushings, filters, and spring replacement

What if my machine is still under warranty?
If you purchased your machine from Coffee Addicts and it’s still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, book an appointment or give us a call. We’ll help with next steps and work with the manufacturer whenever possible.
What is your labor rate for repairs?
All service begins with a $45 Service Assessment deposit, which allows our technicians to inspect your machine, determine next steps, and provide recommendations. After that, our labor rate for general repais is $90/hr billed in 15min increments.
How long will I be without my machine?
Typical turnaround times:
- Maintenance services: 1-2 business days
- Diagnostics/repairs: depends on parts availability and machine condition
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and communicate any delays clearly.
Is there a warrany on the repairs performed?
Coffee Addicts provides a 90-day limited warranty on workmanship from the date of service.
This warranty covers issues directly related to the work we performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, unrelated parts, or new issues that arise after the machine has been serviced.
Full terms and warranty details will be provided in our waiver before work begins.
