At Coffee Addicts, we love helping you get the most out of your espresso machine and grinder. While we do accept walk-in service requests, they are handled on a first come, first served basis and may involve a waiting period during busy times. For the smoothest experience, we recommend booking a service appointment in advance, as appointments are typically scheduled 1–2 days ahead.

Home espresso machines are built to last for years with regular maintenance. If your machine isn’t working properly or hasn’t been serviced in some time, our team can perform restorative maintenance to help bring it back to working order.

We start with a $45 assessment deposit to evaluate the machine and determine the feasibility of repair before any work moves forward. Whether the outcome is restoring your beloved machine or helping you confidently decide it’s time for an upgrade, you’ll have the clarity to make the right decision. If your machine is beyond repair, the $45 assessment deposit can be credited toward the purchase of a new machine in our showroom.

Typical turnaround times:

• Maintenance services: 1-2 business days
• Diagnostics/repairs: depends on parts availability and machine condition

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and communicate any delays clearly.

Coffee Addicts provides a 90-day limited warranty on workmanship from the date of service.

This warranty covers issues directly related to the work we performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, unrelated parts, or new issues that arise after the machine has been serviced.
