We welcome walk-in service requests, but for the smoothest experience we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Service appointments are typically available within 1–2 days, helping us assess your equipment and get the repair process started as quickly as possible.

Home espresso machines are built to last for years with regular maintenance. If your machine isn’t working properly or hasn’t been serviced in some time, our team can perform restorative maintenance to help bring it back to working order.

We start with a $45 assessment deposit to evaluate the machine and determine the feasibility of repair before any work moves forward. Whether the outcome is restoring your beloved machine or helping you confidently decide it’s time for an upgrade, you’ll have the clarity to make the right decision. If your machine is beyond repair, the $45 assessment deposit can be credited toward the purchase of a new machine in our showroom.

Coffee Addicts provides a 90-day limited warranty on workmanship from the date of service.

This warranty covers issues directly related to the work we performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, unrelated parts, or new issues that arise after the machine has been serviced.

Is your machine still under warranty? If you purchased your machine from Coffee Addicts and it’s still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, book an appointment or give us a call. We’ll help with next steps and work with the manufacturer whenever possible.
