Single Boiler Espresso Machines

Single boiler espresso machines use one boiler for brewing espresso and to generate  steam to froth milk. They are simple and compact machines so they are perfect for the new home barista or if space is limited. 

They generally have a smaller boiler which means they heat up faster for on-demand espresso drinks. They are equipped with a manual steam wand so that you can create microfoam milk, but you will need to wait for the boiler to go between brewing and steaming temperature.
