Birdy Coffee Co.’s Abebe Godana is a beautiful example of why Ethiopian coffees are so beloved. Notes of ripe berry, black tea, and cocoa create a cup that's bright, elegant, and wonderfully balanced. Produced by one of the few individual farmers exporting their own coffee from Yirgacheffe, this microlot delivers nothing short of remarkable clarity, sweetness, and character.
