Chronicle Coffee Roasters' Crema is built around a natural processed blend of Arusha, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo from the Mogiana region of Brazil, grown at elevations between 1400 and 1800 metres. Mogiana sits on the border of São Paulo and Minas Gerais and is one of Brazil's most respected coffee-growing regions, prized for producing naturals with rich body and deep, roasty sweetness. Roasted dark and dialled in specifically for espresso, this is a blend designed to perform: consistent, bold, and reliably delicious pull after pull.
The cup profile is exactly what a dark espresso should be. Cinnamon warmth, bittersweet baker's chocolate, and a bold, full-bodied presence that holds up beautifully in milk and stands its ground as a straight shot. If your morning routine runs on something rich and grounding rather than bright and delicate, this is the one. The quintessential dark espresso staple: a necessary anchor for anyone who takes their morning extraction seriously.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
