Chronicle Coffee Roasters' Ethiopia blend brings together natural and washed processed lots from Yirgacheffe, one of the most celebrated coffee-growing regions in the world. Grown at elevations between 1900 and 2200 metres from Ethiopia's ancient Heirloom varieties, combining both process styles in a single blend is a deliberate choice: the natural lots bring fruit-forward depth and body, while the washed component adds clarity and brightness. The result is something greater than either style could produce on its own.
In the cup, that combination really sings. Plum jam and raspberry ice cream lead with generous sweetness, pear adds a delicate, clean lift, and brown sugar ties everything together into a smooth, approachable finish. Light roasted and versatile enough for both filter and espresso, this is an easy coffee to fall in love with. The quintessential expression of Ethiopian Heirloom character: a staple worth keeping stocked for any brewer who values sweetness and complexity in equal measure.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
