This farm-direct El Salvador Bourbon is a true seed-to-cup masterpiece, grown on the Martinez family's 170-acre estate in the volcanic highlands of Apaneca. The Bourbon variety has been a staple of Salvadoran coffee culture for over a century, and the team at Crickle Creek continues to nurture it across dedicated plots like their Fincona 2 lot. While many farms have transitioned to rust-resistant hybrids, this selection represents their ongoing dedication to the classic Bourbon variety and the well-rounded, elegant cup profile it produces.
This specific micro-lot from the Fincona 2 plot undergoes a traditional washed process to highlight the coffee's natural clarity and vibrancy. The result is a silky-bodied cup defined by deep sweetness and a balanced character. On the palate, expect rich notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar sweetness, finished with a subtle red grape acidity. It is a standout expression of volcanic terroir and four generations of farming expertise.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
