David Kim’s Volcan Azul is a sweet, smooth Costa Rican Gesha with a softer fruit profile and plenty of comforting sweetness. Notes of persimmon, roasted walnut, and caramel come together in a silky cup with lower acidity and a rich, rounded finish. Produced at Volcan Azul and processed as a red honey, this is a great example of an approachable Gesha.
