The Mbilima Washed is the definition of "clean" coffee. Sourced from the highest washing station of the Dukunde Kawa cooperative, this Red Bourbon lot is grown at altitudes exceeding 2000 metres, resulting in an unmistakable high elevation vibrancy. The cup is beautifully structured, featuring bright tangerine and lemon candy notes layered over a smooth oolong tea finish. It is a bright, lively, and incredibly consistent coffee that showcases the meticulous sorting and care of Rwandan smallholders.
