Pirates of Coffee's Bloom is a delicate washed Ethiopian from the Abore Washing Station in Sidama by renowned producer Daye Bensa. Grown at 1920 to 2020 meters, this 74110/74112 varietal lot features a light, tea-like mouthfeel with refined delicacy. The cup opens with elegant white blossom tea, transitions through tangerine and cotton candy to red cherry, and finishes with lingering honey sweetness. Part of Daye Bensa's celebrated fruit-forward, crisp lineup that leaves you in awe and longing for more.
