Grown at about 1100 m above sea level, this Yellow Bourbon varietal is naturally processed to develop deep, intense flavours with vibrant fruit complexity and a satisfying dark profile. In the cup you’ll notice notes of dark chocolate, cherry, and layered fruit sweetness that emerge with a velvety body and lasting finish. Carefully roasted to emphasize depth without losing clarity, Brazilian Dark is an excellent choice for darker drip brewing, classic espresso, or milk‑based drinks that call for bold, expressive flavour and refined character.
