The Espresso Evolution is designed to create a streamlined barista experience and produce high-quality espresso. It features a PID-controlled boiler, automatic pre-infusion, and a pannarello-style steam wand that makes frothing milk extraordinarily easy—plus easily-programmable extraction times.
