Antonio Gualguan grows Caturra on his farm Finca La Loma in Nariño, Colombia, a region known for producing some of the country's most syrupy, fruit-forward espresso. After picking, the cherry is depulped and fermented dry in ceramic tanks before being washed and moved to raised beds to dry. It's a clean, no-fuss process that lets the natural character of Nariño Caturra come through without distraction, and at a light-medium roast dialled in specifically for espresso, the result is genuinely special in the portafilter.
Sweet and creamy with a juicy, lively acidity, this cup layers satsuma and yellow plum over white currant, then settles into brown butter, winter spices, and a chocolate finish that coats the palate long after the shot is done. Versatile enough to shine as a straight double or hold its own in milk, this is the kind of espresso that makes your morning extraction feel like a proper event. Engineered for clarity and syrupy density: transform your morning pull into a masterclass of balance.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
