This luminous single-producer lot from Luna Coffee represents a meticulous expression of the high-altitude Cajamarca region in Peru. Grown by Lenin Flores, these beans highlight the specific potential of the Yellow Caturra variety when cultivated in the mineral-rich soils of the Andes. The fruit undergoes a traditional washed process: emphasizing the crystalline clarity of the variety: followed by careful drying to ensure a stable and uniform moisture content. Luna’s roasting philosophy for this lot focuses on high transparency, preserving the delicate organic acids and floral precursors that define this specific micro-lot.
The sensory profile is exceptionally clean and vibrant, offering an articulate display of stone fruit sweetness and refined citrus. One can expect a primary note of juicy nectarine met by a sparkling lemon-drop acidity that provides a refreshingly crisp structure. As the cup cools, a soft floral undertone emerges, supported by a crystalline sugar sweetness and a light, tea-like tactile mouthfeel. The result is a cup of immense structural elegance and terroir-driven clarity. A necessary staple for the daily ritual of the discerning brewer.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
