The bright strawberry and apple cider flavour notes were lovely, prominent and easy to taste while not being overly acidic which could have easily washed out the delicate rose floral notes. As described by the roaster, I found this coffee to have a lot of clarity and was very pleasant and easy to drink and enjoy. If you like lighter, fruit forward coffees. this is definitely worth a try! - Kenya
