This coffee is produced by Elkin Guzman at El Mirador, a family farm with over 70 years of history located in Huila, one of Colombia's most complex coffee growing regions. Elkin represents a newer generation of producers who combine inherited knowledge with a scientific and experimental approach to coffee processing. After studying agricultural engineering, he returned to El Mirador to apply structured research to improve both processing methods and overall coffee quality.
The cup profile is defined by clarity and structure, offering a vibrant balance of floral and fruit notes. It features the tart brightness of hibiscus paired with soft peach and a range of tropical fruits. Utilizing a Honey process, this lot showcases the high quality and expressive nature of the Castillo and Caturra varieties. It is a sophisticated selection that reflects the precision and innovation found at El Mirador.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
