This sweet and complex Kenyan coffee from the Kanguya Factory in Murang'a County is brought to us by the fantastic roasters at Rogue Wave in Edmonton. This coffee is done in a black honey process, meaning some of the mucilage from the cherries is left on the beans as they dry, leading to intense sweetness and clarity of flavour. Bright, punchy notes of cherry, lime and orange are balanced by sweet vanilla and herbal cola, rounding out the cup with depth and clarity.
