Rooftop’s Dayana y Edgar Rivadeneira is a beautifully balanced Colombian coffee that brings together two generations of coffee-growing experience. Notes of berry syrup, caramel brittle, and poached pear create a smooth, sweet cup with a rich, comforting finish. Grown by Dayana and her father Edgar in the highlands of Nariño, this blend is a wonderful example of how tradition, learning, and family come together.
