Too Good Coffee's Costa Rica Musician Beethoven is a tribute to precision and harmony from the celebrated Tarrazú region. This Caturra varietal thrives at 1900 meters where cooler temperatures and misty mornings create ideal conditions for slow bean development. An enzyme washed process gently refines the beans, enhancing vibrant character while preserving remarkable clarity. Notes of green grape, vanilla, pomegranate, melon, and milk chocolate create a dynamic cup. Medium-dark roasted for beautiful tension between bright fruit acidity and deep, rounded sweetness.
