Traffic Coffee’s Steezus is a nostalgic, high-fidelity blend designed to showcase the versatility of the Parainema variety. Sourced from the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras, this release combines the efforts of producers Edin Ever Sabillon and Nery Martinez. By merging a crisp, washed lot with a fruit-forward natural process, Traffic has engineered a profile that balances high-definition acidity with a deep, structural sweetness, resulting in a cup of remarkable complexity.
The sensory profile leads with vibrant notes of lime zest and sangria, anchored by a rich base of cacao nibs and a heavy, syrupy body. The washed component introduces a unique tea-like finish reminiscent of fresh sage, providing a terroir-driven clarity that persists throughout the experience. A boundary-pushing profile for the adventurous: expand your sensory vocabulary with this singular expression.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
