This Mexican selection from the Esmeralda Cooperative proves that skipping caffeine doesn't mean compromising on flavor. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) method, a process that preserves the bean's natural integrity and softly sweet profile. Drinkers will enjoy a gentle palate of almond and cane sugar with a hint of subtle spice. By sourcing from this cooperative, Nonconformity supports a network of smallholder farmers and women-led operations focused on community resilience and sustainable farming.
What our staff is saying

"First of all.... LOVE the packaging! But the cup is even better. It's warm cocoa vibes, it's cozy and just easy to enjoy! One of my top Decafs right now. :D" -Jacque

Our Coffee Addicts Promise

We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.

Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
