Sought x Found’s Fazenda Um Mundo Novo proves decaf can still bring the good stuff. Roasted almond, citrus, and caramel make for a smooth, sweet cup with a little brightness to balance out the nutty, caramel-rich flavours. Grown by Stefano Um at Fazenda Um in Brazil’s Minas Gerais region, this naturally processed Mundo Novo is dried slowly to build its sweetness and body, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
