The Gaggia MDF 55 is an easy-to-use all-purpose grinder with 55mm hardened steel flat burrs and one of the quietest motors available. Designed and built entirely in Italy, the MDF 55 features anti-static technology and an intuitive touch-screen display that allows you to dispense consistently fluffy and clump-free grounds in one of two easy-to-set timed doses.
Designed as the perfect companion to the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro, the MDF 55 is well suited to stand side-by-side with just about any semi-automatic espresso machine.
Features:
-
Silent Technology: Grind away as early as you please without worrying about waking anyone else up—the anti-vibration and silent grind technologies in the MDF 55 make it about 20 decibels quieter than conventional grinders.
-
Anti-Clumping System: The Gaggia MDF grinder features a built-in ion generator that eliminates static buildup during grinding for pillowy, clump-free grounds.
-
55mm flat burrs: Hardened steel 55mm burrs for a fast and consistent grind.
-
Stepless Micrometric Adjustments: The oversized grind adjustment wheel allows you to easily make precise changes to the grind size with near-infinite options thanks to the stepless, micrometric gears.
-
Adjustable "Hands-Free" Fork: Thanks to the specific geometry and the adjustable support, the "Hands-free" fork is ideal for any kind of portafilter and you to accomplish other operations during the grinding phase.
