The Rocket Fausto grinder is a powerful grinder that features the styling and craftsmanship that you would expect from Rocket Espresso. This Italian-built grinder features 65mm flat burrs, micrometric adjustments, near-silent grinding and a touch screen with programmable doses. The commercial build quality, elegant look and precise consistency make the Rocket Fausto a perfect match for any Rocket Espresso machine; from the Appartamento to the R Nine One.
Features:
-
Silent Technology: The exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to the conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: accurate and quiet.
-
65mm flat burrs: The 65mm flat burrs designed for espresso combined with a powerful motor spinning at 1360rpm provide efficient and consistent results.
-
Stepless Micrometric Adjustments: Infinite adjustments with a large knob and indicator to make finding the perfect adjustment a breeze. The adjustments move the bottom burr meaning that you won't have to readjust your grind after cleaning the burrs and grind chamber.
-
Touchscreen control: A beautiful touchscreen allows you to program and choose from a single, double or manual dose easily.
