Rogue Wave’s Ethiopia Dinkalem Ademe Zema is a bright, fruity natural with plenty of floral character and a lovely hit of sweetness. Lemon, peach, honey, white grape, and florals come together in a juicy, refreshing cup that feels a little like biting into ripe fruit on a sunny day. Grown by Dinkalem Ademe in Ethiopia’s Keffa region, the farm is surrounded by native forest, with coffee trees of all ages growing across the land. A very lively, and sweet drinking cup is to be expected.
