Yama Glass Coffee/Tea French Press - 2 sizes

The lid is made of plastic, and coffe has to go through a plastic grid when you pour. Hot liquid through plastic = you eat the plastic.
I removed the lid and use it like that.

I have made coffee a few times with this french press. It works nicely for the amount of coffee that I drink (not too much). Cleaning it is easy, but be careful not to leave the metal parts wet or submerged in liquid for long — it will start to rust. The only tiny nitpick that I have is that the top piece on the plunger is screwed in with the same thread direction as the 3 filtration parts at the other end, this makes it difficult to remove the filtration parts for cleaning as the top bit unscrews too at the same time. Other than that, I am quite happy with french press. It makes delicious coffee.

Thanks :)
