Rested’s Cafe Justicia is the kind of daily espresso that’s easy to come back to again and again. Grown by 67 Mayan farmers on the volcanic slopes surrounding Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, this washed coffee delivers a balanced, comforting cup with notes of orange, peanut butter, and chocolate. Sweet, approachable, and incredibly versatile, it shines as espresso while still carrying the character and care behind the community-driven project that produced it.
