The Big Bang basket is the latest innovation from IMS; fewer and smaller holes that get closer together as you get closer to the center.Ā The distance between the holes starts at 1.5mm atĀ the center and increases towards the outside.Ā This unique patternĀ reduces side channelingĀ by forcing more flow through the center resulting in a balanced coffee with softened acidity and aĀ clean body. Electropolished for a smooth and easy to clean finish with strong chemical resistance.
