Jindo’s Superberry Flare brings the berry basket, with a little honeycomb sweetness to keep things interesting. Raspberry, strawberry, and honeycomb make for a juicy, candy-sweet cup with a smooth finish and plenty of fruit character. Grown by Raúl Antonio Duran at Buena Vista in Colombia’s Tolima region, this coffee is fermented for 36 hours with inoculated yeast before being dried, building extra fruitiness while keeping the cup clean and balanced.
