Birdy Coffee Co’s El Acerillo is a smooth, sweet Peruvian with a nice mix of fruit and chocolatey richness. Notes of pear, chocolate-covered almonds, and white grape come together in a balanced cup with soft, juicy mouthfeel and plenty of nutty sweetness. Grown by Jhonny and Cleotilde on their 4-hectare farm in El Huabo, this coffee is the result of 15 years of replanting and improving the farm.
