Transcend’s Sumava Black Cherry is all about deep, juicy fruit and plenty of sweetness. Dark cherry, chocolate, and dried fruit come together in a rich, full-bodied cup that’s sweet, bold, and packed with berry character. Grown by Francisco Mena in Costa Rica’s West Valley, this Caturra lot gets its extra fruitiness from an experimental Black Cherry process, using extra-ripe cherries and an extended, cool-climate resting period. A great pick for anyone who loves their coffee fruity, sweet, and a little outside the usual routine.
