Unlike regular gaskets that are made from rubber these do not have any smell or taste whatsoever, and are easy to change since they will not bake rock hard like rubber does. If you have ever struggled to change an old gasket you cannot help but notice the awful smell and the black soot that comes off the rubber. And that is what you are potentially consuming with each drink.

Very good quality, I should have ordered the 8mm since my handle isn't straight anymore(Bezerra Magica). Original gasket was very smelly rubber. This one does not smell anything.
thanks
Worked perfectly for my Quick Mill Arnos heat exchange espresso machine.
If you pull 5-15 shots daily in your machine, the 8.5mm is the way to go, it'll last slightly longer (1-1.5 yrs) Fits Profitec, ECM, and Gaggia machines (E61 or 58mm portafilters).
So much better than the OEM cheap black rubber gasket, no nasty burned rubber taste.
