Sourced from Toca da Raposa Farm ("Fox Hole") in the Cerrado Mineiro region, this coffee is the result of decades of work by José Maria de Oliveira and his grandson, Deyvid Leandro. The farm utilizes nearly organic, holistic agricultural practices to maintain the local ecosystem. In 2023, this producer earned first place for the Best Specialty Coffee of Minas Gerais in the induced fermentation category. This single origin coffee is roasted to be versatile, performing exceptionally well as both filter and espresso.

Our Coffee Addicts Promise
We’re passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 30 days of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than five weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
