Birdy Coffee Co.’s Costa Rica Aquiares Eucalyptus Co-Ferment is a bold, herbaceous lot from Aquiares Estate in Turrialba that’s uniquely fermented using water infused with eucalyptus — part of the farm’s own shade canopy. The cup bursts with fresh eucalyptus, mint, and citrus-lemonade notes, offering a bright, experimental profile that’s unlike any traditional coffee. This 300g coffee (whole bean or filter ground) is a vivid example of Aquiares’ innovation and sustainability.
