We love fresh coffee as much as you do! We work hard to ensure that each cup of coffee is the highest quality, which is why we recommend coffee to be consumed within 7-28 days of the roast date. Coffee past the roast date is still acceptable, and is enjoyed widely within 3 months of the roast date as the oxidation is a slow, gradual process.

To ensure you get the best of the best, any coffees past the 5 week roast date will be clearly indicated and sold at an automatic discount to you! Please ensure you select the roast date variety that feels right to you.

Chocolaty goodness.

I don’t like dark roasts but this was very delicious and I’d definitely order a bag of this again.

Wonderful blend

This blend provides a strong but not too strong cup of coffee. It has a smooth finish providing a real nice after taste. Highly recommended. I have tried it in both my Moke Pot and automatic coffee maker.

Sweet, chocolatey, smooth, and syrupy

I really enjoyed this for espresso. It was sweet and viscous/syrupy. Worked great in a cortado and cappuccino with the coffee taste cutting right through the milk. Great if you like dark roasts with some pleasant bitterness like dark chocolate. I had success when I pulled this one a little bit short (1:~1.5) to keep it from being overly bitter.

smooth

This coffee is very smooth, great for espresso or cappuccino.
