when the plastic shower screen broke...it basically rendered our Breville Oracle as an oversized paper weight. I bought this metal one because I could not find the plastic one anywhere. Not only soes it work well...Our machine has never worked as well as it does now. It just perfect and we'll worth the additional money. These machines should come with this right out of the factory.
