Soft Pre-Infusion: An opulent, creamy and caramel coloured espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusion, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction delivered via a 15 bar Italian pump.
Integrated Conical Grinder: The Barista Touch Impress features Baratza European precision burrs. With a single touch, the integrated precision conical burr grinder with dose control delivers the right amount of coffee on demand for maximum flavour.
Auto MilQ Microfoam: The automatic steam wand features adjustable milk temperatures (40°C to 75°C) and 8 levels of texture to suit your taste. Delivers silky smooth microfoam for latte art, or texture by hand like a barista.
Assisted Tamping: Delivers a constant 22lbs impression to your dose, finishing it with a 7° barista twist for a more polished puck.
